We were in a total panic after receiving a series of distressing letters from both the IRS and our state tax franchise board, all because TurboTax messed up our filings. Things escalated quickly, and we were desperate for help. I don't usually review, but we're all stuck at home during a global pandemic. A few years back, I had a horrible experience with H&R Block, so my expectations of tax professionals are pretty low.To my pleasant surprise, the woman who helped was NOT Scrooge McDuck!
