After reading the prior reviews. I decided to call Tax Crisis Institute because of there honesty track record I have read about. I did not want a firm just to come and take my money. So sure enough when I called Angelique with Tax Crisis Institute she was super honest with me. After she heard out my issue with back taxes. She gave me some good ideas on how to try to execute what I was looking for on my own and at the same time save me thousands of dollars. Of course every case is different and the way my case was shaped out allowed that for me. But the bottom of the line is that Angelique did not just tell me ok we have a case it's going to be this much. She was honest with me and at the same time tried to help out my financial situation. I felt like she was on my team. I will be trying out what she recommended. If for some reason that does not work it will probably be because I am a horrible people person lol. In which case I will just pay the extra money and go to Angelique with Tax Crisis Instiute to take care of my tax issues. It won't hurt me to pay them for there services for the simple fact that I know they will be honest with me and that they will put every dollar I pay them to work. I will keep you guys updated to let you know if I ended up using Tax crisis institute...

I don't usually review, but we're all stuck at home during a global pandemic. A few years back, I had a horrible experience with H&R Block, so my expectations of tax professionals are pretty low.To my pleasant surprise, the woman who helped was NOT Scrooge McDuck! Rather, she was an ANGEL -- sweet, charming, and VERY understanding about my tax questions and super clear with her answers.Within a matter of about 15 minutes, she heard my issues and was able to review my documents, troubleshoot, and identify exactly what I was doing incorrectly.During a really tough time, and in a pinch, Angelique took care of my family with kindness and professionalism.

We came to Dana and Angelique in 2016. We were confused and way over our heads in tax debt! They have worked for us to solve our tax debt. Yikes! The IRS officer left a business card on my door at my home and all of the properties I own. What is this all about?My husband passed away in 2012 and they are attempting to collect his debt and filed a Tax Lien and pursuing me to pay it. My first reaction was I did not want a cloud hovering over me and the IRS hounding me so I just want this issue to be gone. I am a senior citizen, collecting social security and I want to enjoy my retirement years and have peace in my life and not have so much drama and chaos. The stress of just thinking what I have to go through made me sick to my stomach. I don’t have the money to pay for it so IRS officer said I could sell one of the properties so they can get paid.Back in the late 1990’s through early 2000’s Dana Ronald successfully got an offer in compromise done for my late husband when he lost his farm and IRS was attempting to recover the depreciation he received. Dana’s expertise and knowledge of the laws and ins and out of the IRS and legal processes is extraordinary. We were so blessed to have him go to battle for us and are forever grateful to have the IRS grant him the offer in compromise.So my first thought was I wonder if Dana Ronald is still helping people with IRS issues? I need to locate him. I also contacted my CPA to ask for her advice and Lo and Behold ..Yes, you guessed right she referred me to – DANA RONALD. Yeah! Dana is still in business so I called him on Saturday and was able to see him on Monday morning for a consultation. I live one and a half hours away from his office, but willing to drive the distance for the BEST.He reviewed my situation and is now representing me to resolve my present issue with the IRS. After meeting with him, I felt the load lift off my shoulders and I know I am in good hands because of his track record. Dana upholds a high standard in his work ethics. Years ago, my aunt and uncle visited Tax Crisis to deal with a big tax problem they had coming off of their farm labor contracting business (I don't know the specifics, but I know it was BIG). I only ever remember them saying the best things about Dana and his business, so when I found myself in a similar (but smaller) situation I asked my aunt and uncle who to call and without hesitation they said Tax Crisis. Sometimes I think that inability to stay organized is genetic, because like, my entire family has the same problem that I do! Oh well. hahaI met with Angelique and she was super comforting, up front, and honest about my options. It cost me a little money to resolve, but I don't expect anybody to work for free and I found their prices to be fair. They got my levy off right away and brokered a settlement for me pretty quick. I have nothing but good things to say and will rec them to all my friends (like my family did to me haha).
